characteristics of the home, the prices of upgrades during
the course of construction, and also reserves the right to
alter plans and/or specifications without notice. All plans
and elevations are conceptual in nature and shall not be
construed to be entirely accurate. Changes may occur as the
builder so desires to details of elevation, plans, and/or
specifications without notice. Buyers have choices with
regard to siding, carpet, kitchen tops, and floor vinyl
provided that those selections have not been made by the
builder or his designee at the time of said selection. |
