Relocation Allowance Program

In order to help offset the financial burden of
your next move, Leading Edge Realty will offer each of its
Buyer's Edge clients a relocation allowance. The allowance will
be equal to 15 percent of the selling commission dollars earned
by Leading Edge Realty based on the selling commission rate to
Leading Edge Realty, which is 3 percent or greater, with a
maximum of $900. The allowance will be credited to our clients
at permanent settlement or dispersed separately after closing.
This allowance will be disclosed to all parties and will be
subject to lender requirements as regards third party sales
price concessions.
Relocation Allowance Example
Sales Price $200,000
Sales Commission paid by Seller, earned by LER $6,000
Client's Relocation Allowance (15 percent of $6,000) $900*
